About This File

For my first creation, a little homage to the 2004 remake of Romero's post-apocalyptic horror film Dawn of the Dead...a recreation of Andy's Gun Works, located across the parking lot from the mall where the survivors in the movie are holed up. Faithfully recreated with loving attention to detail.

Perfect for stocking up on your all your firearms and ammunition needs in the event of a neighborhood zombie attack.

Updated - something was going wacky with the lotting or modding of this - it wasn't growing, so I redid it and tweaked the stats while I was at it. (The Plug-In Manager gave it the strangest values, they have been modded to keep them in line with Maxis and other quality lots here.)


It's a CS$ 2x1 stage 2 growable, 10 jobs.

This is really good. Lately we have had an influx of great lots by first time uploaders. Wonderful work. Are there night lights? 9/10

Thanks for the kind words, folks. Yes there are indeed nightlights - since Andy lives on the upper floor, there are a couple of windows that light up. There are a couple of very weak spotlights on the sign, but since it's not really readible at any zoom level I didn't tweak them too much or make them too bright.

Exceptional doesn't begin to describe it... the only thing keeping this from being perfect is the fact that there's only one building... after downloading all your other building packs it's such a tease not to get eight buildings in one download!
