you should really start a thread in Bat-Open discussion. this way you could avoid a lot of problems and mistakes that are plenty in your this and other releases. Sloppy modeling aside. Garbage and water stats make this building absolutely unusable. It will bury any city under the mountain of rubbish and suck it dry.

another thing - you can NOT make plopable residential buildings - they get abandoned! Download SC4Tool and check stats of comparable Maxis buildings to avoid such blunders in future.

just to put numbers on it: you would need 8 (!) waste to energy plants to cope with garbage from growable version. I was too harsh on the water side. It wouldn't suck the city dry but it does consume about 7 times as much water as comparable Maxis building would (adjusted to population that is)

Altuditu: when you'll fix those stats (I would recommend 10for rubbish and 258 (in HEX)) just delete my remarks...

Look wise, this is your best, as well as a 10/10. good textures. the roof isn't to my liking, but doesn't look bad either. If you have fixed the errors mentioned by SimFox, 10/10

To be honest, this is quite a thing to manage although textures and details could improve. Simfox is right, your stats are completely out of line. Talent = Yes....now you need practice and you'll be one heck of a BATter. Good luck!

Wow this is a very cool looking bat but I wouldn't know the hidden flaws if simfox did not mention! Since newbies will not open bat threads, the experienced will give harsh comments here, and I am loving it!! This bat does have more potential to reach to a 80% from my strict rating, but for now I will not rate.
