I placed two of these within one of my cities, and within a short time I was nearly bankrupt. Is it supposed to cost $10,000 to $100,000 a month to have these in one's cities? That's absurdly expensive! I'd love to have bicycle lots, but not at such exorbitant prices!

That's weird, when I used, the opposite happened. I placed some of them and in a short time I had like millions of simoleons, as if they generated $10,000 to $100,000 a month!
Anyway that should be fixed if it's not meant te be a cheat lot.

link works if im correct this just adds bikes to you side walks you have to upgrade all streets to use this  you need at least roads and bikes wont work on highways no sidewalks
