Ok now that we have a picture it is still missing Stats. Is it like the baseschool? Lotsize is what, 3x6? Besides that, not bad! A nice lot.

It is just the default Maxis School on a different lot, with another one off to the side

im sorry bt i only seem to view the base texeture and a tree on the lot in game, bit disepointing...

You get zero rating... you list no dependencies and no information about the file. In all seriousness it looks like you ripped it off of someone else.

You took 2 schools and put them on the same lot.
