HKSAS Primary School, by Bixel
Formerly known as the Rennie's Mill Student Aid Project, Hong Kong Student Aid Society (HKSAS) has been serving children and youths with special caring needs in Hong Kong. It started to provide food and accommodation for the poor and homeless children in Rennie's Mill area in 1957.
This is a reward that will be offered once your city has grown to 80,000 residents.
