In SimCity, when you enter a city, you get no welcome. However, this does not stop insolent sims from entering your cities. Aesthetic Designs was asked by NORSCORP's UCA (Ultimate Control Application) to create this sign, for reasons unexplained.
"For the Forbidden Cities on a budget, this small menacing sign is a sure way to keep out those who are not welcome. This model is much cheaper and still provides the same threat as its bigger brother. This sign includes the messages STAY AWAY OR PERISH and NO GOING BACK, and the optional sinister spikes..." Just extract contents from the downloaded folder and put it someplace in you plugins folder. I recommend you have a seperate file for me to contain my files for organization.
