These kinds of lots are great. Not nearly enough of them, but it's nice to see that more people are putting them up. Makes cities more realistic.

Neat! You have mastered modeling and night lighting very quickly, and your textures are rather good as well. My only two suggestions are: (1) Try to avoid the obvios repetition/tiling effect on the side wall, and (2) try giving the fire excape a slightly less dark colour, because it looks a tad too black IMHO. Otherwise, you're making very enjoyable and interesting BATs already, and I sure hope you will continue to release your work and share it with us! :)

I sure like this buildings. I am building a slum and they fit perfectly. Do please follow T Wreck's advise and make the firescape less dark, more of a dark rusty color. Thank you for sharing.
