Did you put any thought into this or just opened the lot editor?.

hmm maybe should have positioned the playgrounds differently to give it a more varied feeling.

You should really plan it more. I mean these things are always needed and I go into the lot editor and make my own all the time. Make it more realistic, you don't see three of the same things so grouped together like that at any real world park. The circle part is for what. Just work on it for the future and compare to other ones out there. Good luck on future tries.

Well, for starters I'd try making the lot a little better...maybe about 5x5 or so, then make the trail go around the park, add a water texture in the middle, put those playground animations as an offset, neatly organize the trees, and you'll have yourself an A+ lot, man!

What are the stats??? Are they diffrent from a standered park or is it something way wacked???? Some more info before i DownLoad or even rate....

Yeah, you need to put thought into these lots before putting them on stex. Its ok and i can maybe see why someone would need this, but more effort is needed.

I'm sorry. I don't even need to download this lot to have it in the game. I could just simply plot 3 1x1 playgrounds in a row, 2 tiles of ashfalt and that circle end of path lot.

bluebeard - thats pretty harsh I don't see you creating anything its a nice addition to the STEX, some people can make use of it

ENOUGH WITH THE NON CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM! If you have nothing helpful to add, then don't post anything. Please, by all means, do not give up Hirman. Although some variation in this lot would be nice, this is a good start. Try downloading some of the prop packs from the STEX and see what you can come up with then. Remember, however, to list which prop packs you used. Not listing these files will most likely result in your file being locked. I hope this helps! :) 6/10 for a good effort.

Cleaner475, Just for the record I did upload something to STEX a few years ago but I was told to take a long walk off a short pier. So if you folks want more of this type of lot well just ask I'll flood STEX.

Constructive criticism is a diplomatic way of saying you need to try better. I think we need to know why somebody put this lot for download in the first place. Does anybody really need it? On the STEX, I can say we do not need it, and I would appreciate any future uploaders to at least let us know your intention. A more detailed description and introduction would have helped, but now I have to give a 1/10.

It looks too repetitive,you could make it better by putting more variation or by changing the rotation of what is already there.

More effort is needed. But life is for learning so try again.
