Kalowg- The props should have lighting, yes. Unfortunately, before the render, I forgot to dim the lighting so the windows may look pretty nasty. Luckyyou_2005- The lot I made does, yes, but I haven't uploaded that yet because most people only wanted the Cooling Towers (wich are in this one)

I can't find the props in the LE. The only prop that shows up the the tower. El NukePlant Props 1 & 2 don't seem to work for me. Nice props, if only i could find them.
