Great building. Only thing I don't get is why do my Sim taxpayers have to subsidize what is a clearly profitable business venture? I can only attribute this to the malevolent influences of Dr. Vu's mafia. It's going in my city.

After reading the posts I cannot understand why someone could find this offensive especially since it is a real building. Ever been on Granville Street in Vancouver. And at the risk of being kicked of here I wish SimGoober would come back.
