Here is a 5x4 Lot of a Fictional Playboy Factory which produces mags for the adults of your city.
I've included 2 Files one is a Landmark plop which costs 5000 to plop and will help up the rating of your surrounding area and one is a I-ht3 lot with Jobs.
I've included all the files so feel free to add some more extra props as i've just used the standard sc4 props.
