A very good 2nd attempt! :) However, I think you accidentally set the wall texture to be self-illuminating, hence the building glows at night, which looks very unrealistic. Besides, roof and wall textures bleed into each other; this makes the building look as if it had been chiseled from one massive concrete block. Talking of the roof, the texture could use some work IMHO. Anyway, you're improving, and I bet your best stuff is still to come! Keep going and thanks for sharing.
