I can not delete this lot from my city. Otherwise it is cool. Anybody have tips on how to demolish this building.

Al i can say right now is w8 for the 2nd version..... to all wishing to download: only plop if u are sure u want to have it banded there for ever. I found out about this problem just yesterday. sorry for the inconviniance

Looks great BUT why does it cost the city? Aren't the oil companies making enough money. Check your Heating bill you will find you not only pay taxes but also a delievery charge!

OK ppl, I got some help from lotmod meister GrampaAl to help me fix the indestructability of this thing. Also the lot now has a few RH features with it including ability to connect roads. Now its plop safe so plop al u want without fear.

I dont have much time for SC4 and the LET atm so there are gaps between lot releases. Do expect big ones round summer time :P and mirabella, trainstations cost money dont they? this is one thats is twice the capacity thus twice the price...ah and btw guys, Enjoy ;)

Equinox, now that you decided to do a remodd on out refinery I think we should get the modding done on the storage lot. get it out the door atlast.

Great idea, however the lot does not work for me (no freight train use, no workers). Worse yet, I cannot detroy it (I have the latest version). When I tried to demolish it the base textures disappeared. Now I have a bunch of 'floating' non-functional props. Is there some way to fix this?!

than you still have the old version, the updated one is freighttrain enabled, transit enables (road connects) and it doenst have the invulnerability issue anymore.

Sorry..I only have version 2 and the Feight part doesnt work for me either. Just 'grayed" out.

Looks great but freight part doesn't work for me. It is all blank. No freight and no numbers.

Now it won't delete or destruct. At least it looks nice. Anyone with an idea of how to get rid of this please send me a message. Even tried building a mountain in the center of it. Looked real strange and warped as a gaint hill.
