Just like your previous works, this is an excellent job. However, I would urge Mr. Black to perhaps start an air purification business in addition to these three. Presumably it would fit into an industrial area very well, just like these three previous works. And, as basically everyone knows, those are the very areas that suffer the worst air pollution at first... Still, nice job!

Pollution?

Black Hole utilities are completely green and have no negative effects. The $1000 monthly charge is mostly for ad campaigns to explain the benefits of black Hole Power!

As in, pollution in industrial areas. :D That'd be awesome.

I will check, but I took everything out of my plugin folder before making the lots, so it should not have any dependencies. Sorry, and I will look into it this evening.

Those textures are indeed by sc4jeeks. I'm rather familiar with them since reporting the texture conflict found in them in this thread: https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=37&threadid=73120&STARTPAGE=8&FTVAR_FORUMVIEWTMP=Linear#1025612. Gshmails, I downloaded these lots and also noticed that the LD file lists PEGPROD.dat as a dependency. Have you maybe used Datpacker and merged sc4jeeks' textures together with Pegasus' material?

I would say to you, if you make a new Water building can you make a building with more Power. In my citys i need more Water Power, maybe 250.000 and not so mutch should cost :) thangs.

People change the stats to higher levels is going to make your game more fake then real if you cheat changing the Desc files or lot's nice work mate keep up good work.

Wow. The ratings on these are totally hosed! I just tested all 3 in-game and they look fine and function properly. I don't like people blasting your lots over one texture issue when on all other counts these are great. 10/10

UPDATED: I have removed the texture dependencies and added custom parking props instead. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Very nice indeed :) Like JWUT mentioned, an air pollution cleaner would be good :) Perhaps there are towers that look like the inside of an ionic tower.... :)
