IMHO, this is a superb BAT of an ugly building. Interesting lot size and good that it's CO$$, too! However, 3,400 jobs for a stage 6 building will make this grow like weed in cities that are still growing to stages 6 - 8, I fear.

this is definitly a beautiful ugly BAT. Will give great variety to my cities. 10/10 (I am a big fan of you).

Very nice made, but I don't like the east european building, it looks a littlebit depressing. However , I will download this one cus in real live there a buildings like that too!
