It's nice. The night windows are nicely set up too. My only comment is that it seems to just sit on the lot. You could have come up with a better transition to the ground. The textures aren't bad but could have used some more attention. Still great work.

Now what do we have here someone should make a more power poles or power plants because the here now a old and out of date. So does this new any addons with it so it works right?

could use some textures around the base.. like doors planterboxes dumpster etc. but hey who am i kidding! ive never used BAT tool so i dont know hard it really is! 7/10

Its a good building, I saw those building just a few days ago, and I think the wide part might be a little thicker, but its still a very good representation. And the only other thing is the lack of transition to the ground, but thats a minor detail, especially in a built-up area. Hydra, would you please take note of the following punctuation "." "," "?" and "!" I have absolutely no idea of what you were trying to say.
