Yes, they can, in fact, be found just under the game's default beach. It is a few "squares" below the original beach.

i diddnt really like it, and after uninstalling, i think it may have caused my city to not load. welll im re-installing now to see if it will load, i dont think i placed any of oyur files in the game, perhaps i did. i tred to but i thought i removed them. anyway, i dont like it sorry.

I know this is really old, but Zip Archive is what to do for Macs, although FileJuicer extracted this set fine.

I'm surprised that this only got seven stars, but I haven't tried it yet. I learned to think about what people who have downloaded these files said about them before downloading them after installing an air filter that did the exact opposite of what it was supposed to do. I'll check back again later.
