    Very good job. I like the entrance doors and the Street number on the front. Although the roof don't look right with a brick/hatched texture and you need more roof junk. Good BAT though, keep em coming.

    Good try, the only problem I see is that you need more props, a better (maybe smaller) parking lot and a better base texture. Keep trying, but check out the other lots on STEX and you can see that you need to have better quality lots.

    This lot needs more work. Maybe you should try to BAT a stadium and then upload to STEX. This lot reminds me of simcity.com
