Amazing! It's not always the big, fancy lots that make the difference on STEX, but the small simple ones that only one person thinks of. This will work well in some of my rural cities!!

the reason I gave the comment is that all of his bats and lots dont deservere to be suillied by this lot as it is of markedly lower quality. Yes i was harsh and was probably too vicious but we have had a lot of spam lately i decided to not report this as possible spam or someting else as it had a function and appeared to be genuine Darmok atleast my lot was 100 percent original even if it was crap.

i als was not sure of where the line was as i have also had someone rate my lot a 4 i would of given it 5 a or so as adequate

Fred- I think you've characterized the negative comments about this ingenious little lot very graciously (as I would have expected from you in any event- you are one of the kindest people on ST, and have given this community so much). The previous version of this lot was necessary to the development of my CJ the way I wanted to do it. Now I don't have to screw up my dirt streets...you are truly a STEX God! I'd give it an 11 if I could. David

I myself know that this lot is so cheap and simple that it could've been Spam, but someone asked for it and I thought it was useful for others, those who can't use the LE. Thanks everyone.

@moganite: As a STEX moderator I have to say that you have come very close to the situation we are trying to avoid on the STEX, and that is flaming other members. It is very clearly stated that this is a Lot and not a BAT, and therefore MrB has done what a million others have done, improved on the game simply by making use of the materials Maxis has provided. Comments such as this would be much better sent in a PM to the uploader.

I have always felt that, for as basic as it is, this lot is one of the best looking and most useful ever - and now all the better! This lot, along with the others in the "mini utilities set" have made building all sorts of areas so much easier. Thanks!

I love this simple lot even if it did take you 5 minutes to put it together a 10 for the ideal. I had the same problem like Peloquin; just the light pole and no building must of been an easy fix so what did Peloquin do. Thanks
