Very good! But can only repeat what were already comments. The building is rather no residential building, and the pool is ahmm. 8/10

Simple indeed, yet effective. I see that it would be best used if I had roads at all sides of the lot, noting the instance lamp posts. That work is very great.

Nice building. Good work with the lot in fitting a non-square building onto an essentially square setup.

I love buildings that work with triangles instead of squares. The courtyards downstairs are really cool and natural. The plain roof does however distract attention from the blue of the building. If you did choose to add floors i'd say no more than 5 or 10, but some trees on the roof might be cool.

Nice shape! You should however change the texture of the swimming pool to something that looks more like water (compare it to other pools included in SC4). You should also put something into the rooms which are lighted up at night. The building currently looks empty.

nice! I was just looking for something that might work on diagonal lots, for my latest highrise developement, and this looks like it could just do the trick. :-)

i like it but feel if u make a building like this u should line it up in the picture so we can get a sense of the actual height
