good work... I like how you delt with the base textures and added trees to keep it realisitc. The roof textures are well conceived as well.

I like this building except for the swimming pool on top(if it is one) dousnt look very realistic. It would be really cool if that would be glass and you could look into the building.

Looks great, lightlights transparencies are quite good. The entrance could have some prop to make it special, like a transparent door to huge lobby 9/10

I'll vote NO for the swimmingpool too. As 'Lord Titan' said, it would be cool if you could look into the building? =) The night lights though, is absolutely brilliant! I know it sounds rude to say, but im not impressed (I have faith in your work :D) you know what i mean.. 9/10

Very good. It's nice to see smaller buildings for people who haven't built as high.

I would also have preferred it without swimming pool at the top. And to me, this would have been a very good CO$$ building. Perhaps have the top as a kind of terrasse, with a small bar/restaurant.
