I will try this on my model for Jackson Square. Looks like a real fit.

Great work for your first project. The textures are a bit tiled, on the roof, but otherwise, it is moste excellente.

hey, great job. very nicely done. i would love to see more of the french quarter New Orleans theme done...and by you! maybe even some of the well known landmarks high-rises of the big easy. New Orleans hasnt gotten a whole lotta love from Simtropolis yet. Would you be willing to accept that task?

one suggestion though- try making the building overhang on the street sides. most of the french quarter balconies are over the sidewalks. and, lastly, most of these buildings have names... It would be cool to see the cathedral, the Cabildo, the aquarium, and my favorite highrise, Place St. Charles.

When I plopped the LM version I got a brown box. Are you sure there are no dependencies?

Found the problem. My fault, I forgot to include the base files. Consolidated with Files2dat and working find now. Very good job, if expensive to plop.
