About This File
This is a small fossil-fuel power plant, which is a scaled-down version of the Natural Gas Power Plant found in the game. This plant is reminiscent of many of the small coal and other fossil-fuel power plants found scattered around the desert near where I live.
I created this power plant for use in my rural/farm towns and small cities. I wanted something that lies in between placing a number of Wind Turbines (something which at present is the exception rather than the rule, especially in rural areas) and placing a larger power plant whose capacity would never be fully utilized. I also wanted a power plant that would blend in with other industrial buildings around it. It is nothing special; I didn't even bother BAT-ing it, I just used existing Maxis industrial props. But it serves my needs, and it may serve yours. Thanks for looking!
