    It would have been much better if this was some type of electronic toll both that got around the problem of congestion. As it stands this is simply a novelty and not useful to those of us that want to create cities that at least appear somewhat realistic.

    Looks nice in upscale 'hoods but the monthy maint. is over 1k. A bit steep! Place with caution and only once your city has grown a bit.
