Coal isn't clean. Its just that the stacks are built high enough above the line of inversion that prevailing winds have no porblem carrying the soot long distances.

you know I always hated the default Coal Power Plant ,it was just soooo boxey. this was my very first DL of the "tropolis. Kudos not Mentos to you for this building.
