PetroChemical Growable lots v2
Fill your industrial cities with dirty oil industry!!
I dedicate this to Supercento for his help in difficult times.
This set is an updated and combined version of the original Petrochemical growable lots 1 (only available on CapitalSim) and the Petrochemical growable lots 2 (only available on Simtropolis; this upload).
The linked content from CapitalSim is superseded by this updated upload.
All the lots have been updated using SC4PIM-X (X-Tool), one lot has been added for a previously unused building exemplar, all the models and props have been compiled (from both sets) into a single new DAT file: FK_PetroChemical Props v2.dat. The new set contains six growable I-D lots from stage 1 to 3.

Installation:
Copy/Extract the Fukuda parent folder into your Plugins folder. If you've extracted the ~Documents folder you may remove it from the Plugins, but keep it in a safe location.
It is highly recommended to run one of the 3rd party cleanitol tools and remove any previous versions from your plugins.
In the ~Documents folder in the main ZIP in the Prop-Texture Catalogue Index and Cleanitol you will find the individual cleanitol scripts for this upload and by using either the newer nos.17's SC4 Cleanitol or the older BSC Cleanitol tool you can search and remove old and outdated versions of these files.

Update to Version 2.1 - 10.12.2025
Some of the model TGIs in the included FK_PetroChemical Props.dat had to be changed because they were affected by an ID conflict error with some maxis models. You can read more about the discovered issue and how it was solved in the following topic:
