(continued)In-game these lots even look poor. The textures just aren't doing it for me...Thanks for the attempt at a a release, but it just isn't doing it for me. WHY must every single NDEX/BSC/Simgoober, etc. release be rated a 10? Not every Da Vinci is perfect, nor is every Simgoober.

Protest these buildings in your real town first, once you've made them illegal there, and in your state, and country, and world, THEN you can come and put some pressure here that we do the same.

yes, sadly most tat shops are near the adult shops (and the like) b/c rent is cheap and better area property owners dont like the hassle, risk- it is realistic, in the 'biz' for a while.starbucks and publix tend to complain to property owners when you want to 'taint' employees and customers :D

Wow a mini thread!. I came back to rate these (I d/l them yesterday) they look good in game; the textures are great. They fit into the city with my R$ sims and I got a riot. The first in my whole region :-) These are unique. Well done!

Funny, btw, how some people are tripping over the xxx-shop, while I don't see anyone mentioning the gunshop, which imho is a lot worse than an adult videostore :P

Dev, when one rates a lot on the STEX they should not use personal opinions IN THEIR RATING because they are not objective opinions of the quality of the work. This has been said a million times before, but it seems as though it needs to be reiterated.

(cont.)Say what you want about his creation, but don't use that as a weight in your rating. The textures actually nearly perfectly mirror those you would find in the real-life buildings. They are CS$. They are not supposed to look refined.

10/10!! Three thumbs up!! *snicker* ...It's a shame some people are trashing these. Sex is a part of EVERYONE'S lives. Everyone who has posted here is a direct result of it. It's fun and it feels good, so what's wrong with it? 540 d/l's in about 32 hours--can't argue with that!!! <:-D
