We need more sleeze in our cities! Nicely done SG. SOME people need to relax or some such, and not judge the BAT's on their content.

I think the textures are spot on. Have a look at the "XXX Video's" one. That faded timber shingle look it spot on with some great dodging and burning to give it a weathered feel. I wish I could do textures that well. Great job.

Excellent Lots but please update the Tattoo Parlor to YIMBY.

These lots definetly add realism. More ghetto, low wealth lots like these are always welcome. gj SG.

First off: why is a tatoo place in there? They aren't usually bad places. Second: the BATs are good but maybe not quite up-to-snuff for SG. Third: I think it is important for the author of BATs to know that some people are not satisfied, cuz if he doesn't, he may turn off some from his work.

I'm a true realist in every way so these lots will do great in my cities! The quality is spot on SG quality and i especially love the posterboards/billboard images which by the way are no more explicit than walking past victoria secrets in the mall.

by the way, if you don't want these as NIMBY just use the ilive and adjust the particular DAT! that way you can have a tattoo parlor next to your border bookstore (funny, another high quality SG lot!)

Funny that the most "real" complaint is about a tattoo parlor... I added it to this collection as they are generally found in the same area of town as these. The girls on the posters are fully clothed, just looking seductive. And Set 2? who knows??? (Not started yet though)

Great job SG just brings more realism to the game thats all. Queer Steer hmmm I hauled a lot of Queer Steer's to slaughter house's when I was a bull hauler. Its a ten and thanks for the realism.

I have to admit...another well done goober lot.I like those details on the building to look worn and old.I think though these should be triggers to a award lot if you get enough of these.The textures are fine...I do wonder how you made those dirt blotches though. 9/10

I rarely give tens but the quality and realism of these lots is well worth it. Curiously enough, I usualy don't read the comments, but this time I was searching the dev comment and I found a big one that's a copy of the usual crap.

Though controversial, it should be noted that if a player is going for true realism, these are as much a part of a city as other businesses. In effect, they are a part of real life, and SG has given us a choice to include in our games. Also, this has been rated 25 times in 10 hours. Astounding.

RE: Tattoo Parlors. Although more popular & 'respectable' now than in the past, far more tattoo parlors still exist in 'low-rent' areas than in fashionable shopping centers. The NIMBY effect is appropreate.

RE: Negative Comments. As 99.9% of those who commented here have the right to rave about the lots, those who do not like them have the right to explain why... and should not be condemed for it. Ignored? Yes. Condemed? No.
