About This File

This is version two of the gallery Iposted some time back. The original was titled the Maddison Gallery. This is titled the Jordan Gallery. The central museum/gallery buildingis the same, but the forecourt has been extensively reworked. It nowfeatures trees, some nice gardens for reading a book at lunchtime, andsome carpark entrances (eye-candy only). The lot is now 10x10 tiles.

The new forecourt is nowdesigned to work with the Deadwoods Raised Park series. There areraised platforms at the front and back of the block to connect to theRaised Park bridges. You do not need the Raised Park sets to use thislot.

This lot is now areward. It has similar reward requirements as the ingame reward museum. When you meet the following requirements you will get a popup tellingyou that the gallery is now available to be plopped. The requirementsare:

  • R$$ + R$$$ Population = 24,000 (Maxis on is 12,000)
  • Mayor Rating = 45
  • # Museums = 4
  • Museum Grade = 85

Until you meet the requirements, the lot will be greyed out in the Education menu.

I left most of the educational settings the same as the Maxis reward museum. The main changes are:

  • Plop cost =
  • Thanks 1

This is excellent and works correctly. It also fits beautifully with the Raised parks so you can give your sims culture and relaxation.

I like the original better - But since it's such a great bat, and it's really really nice to have buildings to mix in with your raised parks, I'll make a place for it. :D
