Looks appealing, but it seems like a great gift that someone forgot to wrap up. Oh well, lot work is pretty simple for anybody to fix, so I'll download anyway.

Don't get me wrong if its not growable a plop won't work as a residential. It looks nice but useless as a residential if not growable. Correct me if I am wrong someone?

A Plop Res. will work even without a growable. As long as you did everything right, yes. Good job on the lot. I like the nightlights.

Residentials DO NOT work as a plop - unless something has changed in the last month or two. Someone else did this building once before, as a growable Res and in my opinion came out much better. Where the model meets the ground looks kinda funny.

From what I understand they will work for a very short term and then the residents move out. There are a number of topics about this in the forums. I still say the design is very good though.

Lookin good, and getting better with each BAT. I could do with less Casino-y nightlights though.

Isn't the pool a bit too small, in comparison to the sun umbrellas? Nice otherwise, except the night lighting could do with some work...

I like very the shape skascraper! But there are no "real" nightlights and the lot isn't great. all in all 7/10.

The BAT is nice, although realistic night lights would be even bettr. But you need some help for the rest: Occupants are far too few, lot design is boring, there is no growable version, and the stats are probably off as well. Maybe 7/10 right now, but I haven't rated yet...

Here's a proposal: If you make a 2nd version with normal night lights, I volunteer to do the lot design and modding work. I guess this will be beneficial for everyone. If you need some references, just search the STEX for my name or have a look at the Hong Kong BAT team thread... ;o)

This is a sweet skyscraper, shame on the growable. Have any of you thought about he may not know how to make it growable? Oh and, if you service the tower properly, and there is enough demand it, ploppables will not abandon... get your facts right...
