Hey, a cool and well-sized CO$$ building is always welcome in my plugins folder, I might very well throw out a CO$$$ skyscraper in exchange. Although I will probably mod a growable version for myself and get rid of the dependency... *g* Good work, realistic and useful!

My fellow ex-pats and I used to call this part of town "Little America" because not only did it look like Lower Manhattan, there was/is a Chili's in this very building. (Or was it a TGI Fridays...?) Anyways, nice job, per usual.
