Can you give more info please such as.... plop or grow, # of jobs the least. Would be greatly appreciated and it looks as a very good quality bat... just need to know what im downloading.. Hope you understand....

looks good, but id like to know if it is a ploppable or a growable.

$51,000 to plop a Hardee's? NO Mayor would pay that kind of zork for a hamburger joint. Especially one that doesn't generate any jobs. Other than that, it looks good.

In Illinois, we lost A REAL LOT of the these, Culver's took over the one by me.

Does it have night lighting?

I think it looks nice, but it is WAAY too expensive. I have better things to build in my city for $51,000 than a fast food place. My Sims can just do without. If you reduced the construction price to, say, $10,000, it would be much more reasonable.

The model is good. But the plopping price was too expensive was a huge problem for this one. 8/10.

Good, but 51,000 is very expensive -- luckily I have the Money Tree so I don't really care. Nice lot, but why is there a playground? 8.5/10
