Spy-Yatagan-Matt Productions is proud to present our second release on the STEX.  It is part of the Winnipeg Re-creation Project (WRP), replicating buildings in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  

The CanWest Global Place (former TD Center) is the tallest skyscraper in the city and was completed in 1990 by Charles Bental Architects.  It is of Post-modernist architectual style.


This upload includes 3x4 Landmark (without jobs) and 3x4 Growable versions.  The growable has 1542 jobs and is a stage 7 CO

Awesome job! I'm so excited your doing stuff from Winnipeg, it has alot of great buildings. And the best thing about this one is it's asymetry. Nice job! :D

I'm not quite sure it's international though. Although it has international features it can safely be classified as pomo due to the fact that post-modernism is nothing more than a great big mish mash of past styles. Just thought I'd point that out. :D

I think it is ausome that Canadian Buildings are starting to come here , Maybe well see Buildings From Montreal , T.O. , Van and even Calgary !!!!! Exited !!!!!

Its no longer the TD bank anymore though, it belongs to Aspyer or sumthing like that, the sign is some black ugly thing now, maybe Ill be able to take a pic of it when I get a chance to go to the Fort Garry in the Sky Lounge thing.

Oh and I hope you can make some more buildings from winnipeg, it would be great to have alot of then in the game.

Super great. The curves are juicy, however something about the scaling seems a little off. For instance it seems half the size it should be...pay attention to the buildings next to it and you'll know what I mean.

Yes well it seems that BATted Simcity 4 buildings tend to get squished however I will rectify this problem in a new version I shall call 1.1, with better textures, complete night lights and such.
