About This File

Do you want that gringy slummy look in your cities big and small?  Then install this lot, our very first upload, into your Plugins directory of your choice!  It includes low wealth props, dirt roads, and the abomination of habitation, THE MOBILE HOME!  We here at JAZZCO can neither confirm nor deny the presence of any dependencies of any kind, but if some trailers happen to NOT appear, it is then reccommended that you get the "Buildings as Props Modd" available on the SimCity 4 website (typo in Readme).  See the Dependencies below...

Lot size--4X4
Occupancy--155 Sims
Power consumed--unknown
Water consumed--unknown
Bulldoze Cost--$80 (trailer parks aren't worth much)
Grows?--YES
Plop?--No
Slopes--Will grow without retaining wall on slopes up to a value of 15
Max Slope--Will not grow on slopes with values of 20 or more
How to build?--See the above screenshot

BSC Textures Vol01 found in the BSC Common Dependency Pack

Plugin_RCI_Buildings_Prop_Modd.dat found here. Please observe the warning banner there and not use this when creating new material.

Them fancy words like 'abominibation' and 'habituation' is too hard for me to get, but otherwise it looks perdy! Well done!

There's only one building on it, the 30 references to 0x00B20000 should be 0x0C07464B from Simcity1.dat. Also needs BSC DAE dirt track textures.

I was thinking of making something like this a while ago. Good job, except for the streets seem a little wide (or trailers or just really small :P). As well, the textures for the streets look a little too bright. Maybe look into making your own textures, it'll make your lots much better and unique.

As I said eddiem. I could neither confirm nor deny the presence of any dependancies because I didn't know if it needed any. All my downloads are mixed up, and I can't tell which are the in-game textures and which were downloaded.

Nice that you mention the dependency of the BSC dirt track textures - would be kind of nice if you tell us where (or how) to find these - can't find them!!

I can't update it from my mom's computer (screw dialup), so the link will be inserted either tomorrow or the day after when I get a faster connection. Other than the overlays, everything else is Maxis I hope. BTW, thanks a lot for the compliments! :D

I liked this at first, but then I realized that the default mobile home that grows on a normal r$ lot had a capacity of over 100 people. After trying to bulldose every one of said lots, I eventually had to get rid of this. Don't get me wrong, the lot itself is great - just badly modded.

Where can I get the "BSC DAE DIRT TRACK TEXTURES"?

[color=#58534B][font='Open Sans', Tahoma, Geneva, helvetica, arial, sans-serif][size=3]the file has since been incorporated into the BSC Texture MEGA Pack.....that Pack has also gone through it's own evolution over time.....chances are that anything from BSC labled MEGA probably has it included[/size][/font][/color]

Due to the age of this download. it requires the use of a very old plugin named Plugin_RCI_Buildings_Prop_Modd.dat that can be found here. As mentioned in the banner there, those old plugins should not be in use when creating new items. They have been superseded by newer and more effective files.
