Well everyone, all the utilities are up and running and work on the actual city is about to begin. Below are some pics of additional work I have done on the junk yard. Additionally, I finally am happy with how the recycling center turned out, and I added a few details to the area immediate surrounding the junk yards and recycling center. Enjoy. Satellite image of the landfill, junk yard, scrap yard, and recycling center. This area will eventually be an extension of the towns main industrial center. Bird's Eye View. Entrance to the town's waste management district. A single gas station provides service to passing motorists and residents within the district. Pewter Recycling Conglomerate's primary recycling hub. Inside the recycling hub. No Industrial Junkyard area is complete without a nearby trailer park. Another shot. Correct me if I am wrong, but I do not understand the games logic of having people who live in trailers drive fancy Tesla's. Entrance to the trailer park off of the tracks. Note the small homes built to the right, the managers of the park live in these homes. Must be a a noisy place next to the tracks. The lonely house at the end of the road. Future location of the town. So far I am still formulating ideas on how to construct the town. Spent already several hours looking at satellite images of large towns in Montana and Wyoming to give me some ideas. Main intersection leading into the future town of Frontier City. Across the creek into town. From the other direction. Center of the intersection. Looking towards the lake. Looking towards the mountains. At Night. The city might take a while to develop, since every since building takes hours of detailing to come out just right. Feel free to leave any comments or offer and suggestions.

You must admit these look like farms. I made this using All RCIHC Plop and Project Akar. I just wanted to show people how to make Urban Suburban Farms. Try to experiment with the aesthetics of the game to create things like this! I want to see someone else make something better than this. (I know it's possible.) This was a bit of a joke, but be sure to check out for more agriculture goodness!

Do you want that gringy slummy look in your cities big and small? Then install this lot, our very first upload, into your Plugins directory of your choice! It includes low wealth props, dirt roads, and the abomination of habitation, THE MOBILE HOME! We here at JAZZCO can neither confirm nor deny the presence of any dependencies of any kind, but if some trailers happen to NOT appear, it is then reccommended that you get the "Buildings as Props Modd" available on the SimCity 4 website (typo in Readme). See the Dependencies below... The lot stats are: Developer type--R$ Lot size--4X4 Occupancy--155 Sims Power consumed--unknown Water consumed--unknown Bulldoze Cost--$80 (trailer parks aren't worth much) Grows?--YES Plop?--No Slopes--Will grow without retaining wall on slopes up to a value of 15 Max Slope--Will not grow on slopes with values of 20 or more How to build?--See the above screenshot PLEASE READ THE README! JAZZCO! Where the jazzers go for that swing and motown feel! JAZZCO! It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing! P.S. A special thanks to Ilive for his programs and to Pegasus in helping me learn how to mod the lot. Dependencies: BSC Textures Vol01 found in the BSC Common Dependency Pack Plugin_RCI_Buildings_Prop_Modd.dat found here. Please observe the warning banner there and not use this when creating new material. Staff Update: Corrected dependencies and links. -CaptCity- 20 Comments
