hee hee. This is cool. I really dont get the negative comments. This is obviosuly for people who DO like cheating (like me) so if you dont want to cheat, dont download. Leaving bad feedback is completely unfair, as this does exactly what its supposed to do. CHEATERS UNITE!!!

I know it kind of ruins the point of trying to build a great city from the ground up realistically, but I ALWAYS use this when building my cities now. It's great! I am able to give my Sims the best education, healthcare, and safety thanks to this.

timotheus4 question for you I know it says in the read me "This is an ordinance and will become available when there are buildings in your city." is it any type of buildings or is specific ?
