This is a fictional textile mill, built for a specific purpose. I have found that in younger cities, before the sims get educated, there is always a ton of demand for I-D jobs. It seems the game cannot produce enough of this type to ever keep up... So I made this as a plop lot that employs a LOT of Sims. Should be good to get a new city off the ground, or to build a true small town based on dirty industry. | |||||||||||
