Yeah, that was the STEX issue that caused a delay of the Zhang Ghee tower a few months back :S

What's that arm sticking out over the edge of the tower? You put the same thing on the Zhang Ghee and Touran Tower, any reason? Great job btw, I'm glad to see your going back to your "spoonful of the future" series.

brancra - the chips are made from gallium arsenide, not the building. Besides, these are just offices.
