    Maybe it's just me. I dont feel that the building matches the name. I guess im too much of a high rise guy. But I like the it for its setting and its function. I feel more could be done with the windows in detail. I give it a 9.

    I just hope Maxis(EA) can take some of city life's concepts like the views and the felixbility of placing streets and put it into sc5, or an expansion. City life dosent take a hold of me. You're just ploping a city.......with no airport or harbor. Tell me how is city supposed to survive again?
