Being an old building maybe old, warn textures would fit better on the roof. That said, the current roof won't slow me down from putting this in my cities. Great work bro!!

Great building but it really isn't Brutalist. It looks more like International Modernist. Brutalism uses mostly concrete with large, hard edges. Also the facade is very "massive" Look at Bostons City Hall and you will know what I mean. Still, great job.
