Nexis House on the Rocks sounds almost like a drink, but sorry....it ain't.This is a 2x2 park. I didn't want to make it grow, because it is a unique building that shouldn't grow all over the place but only to be plopped at specific places.
It doesn't need an electricity nor water connection, so one can place it anywhere on the map. Plopcost is
