Great lot ... I like the combination between apartments and shops, and also the looks of the building in total. Would really like to have more of this kind of buildings.

Awsome, I always like the charm of the R$ buildings... well not all of the them. The chicago tile set has some the nicest ones.. this one will make a great addition.

Now this a building.It's old and dirty.Hope more will follow.

nice! although I don't think the shops blend in too well, some are a bit too bright and shiney for this building.

This is the kind of building I've wanted to see on here! I can't think of any other residential buildings that have incorporated the street-level shops, even though that is what is most common in at least American cities. Reminds me a lot of Bronx-area housing. 10

Fantastic! I'll bet when this grows in game, i'd be hard pressed to tell it didn't ship with the game. Very realistic looking.
