Wow, this is at least a 9! Particularly great roof junk / textures. Just two suggestions: 1) The lot looks a bit more urban than industrial; I think there should be some parking space in front of the building, or at least access to the parking lot. 2) Some details to be seen through the huge window

...would be a hit! (Damn limitations) :P All in all, this is still great, though, and it's good to see industrial stuff on the STEX. Thanks a lot and keep up the great work!

I'm think it's actually pretty well done. The detail on the roof is great.

Ploppable version is decent, but growable is a mess...must be a bug...7100 jobs and increadably excessive demands for power and water. Enough to really mess up a city in amatter of seconds. Can't use it.
