Ok so its another set of streets . I promise, no more...
Before Concrete and Bitumen there were Tar sealed roads (thanks Macadam) . We still have a lot of these down under. They look good in the country and in town (IMHO) and were designed that way.
This set completely overlaps Trolca's Dirt Roads (and do show up in town for some reason unknown to me) and so its one or the other in your plugins.
These ARE streets despite the center lines - and they only replace base TEXTURES in simcity_dats 3 and 5.
