Nice Job, but people dont want living in this house, because time for driving from work is to long. I dont know what can I do? This is beautiful house, but in my city nearby this hiuse stay underground and citybus station. So I can't understand why people think, that time for driving from work is to long. This is the reason all people left this house in my city. I dont know why? Enybody know? Sorry, my english is not so good.

Hi Daniellos! First, many thanks for your support. Indeed, I've got to make a new modding for this building (when I first made this release, I didn't know that ploppable RES can't work properly). I'll try to find some time to release soon a double version: CS PLOP and RES GROW.

One of only two buildings that definately can be seen as residentials only (besides Sandeau is this Champ de Mars). All other BATs have got shops. :-/ Well, anyway, 10/10 again! :-)

Its awesome looking and Its some of the nicest work I've seen on Simcity but... It doesn't seem to work, people can't access their jobs from it...

You have the best Paris bats in terms of colour, shadow, definition/detail as well as capacities.
can you please make each one a ploppable residential?

Is the ploppable a LM? bc the files say L$$$ GRow and L$$$ LM! 

I'm guessing the ploppable is actually a LM! Do it hold residents or shows up as only a LM! 

NM. I CHECKED BOTH. The LM Residential is plop-pble but it does offer employment and thus not show up as just a LM like in other files. 

Sorry I'm just trying to clear up my LM menu of too many jobless LM structures.
