hey how cum when i down load this and play it, it only comes up in brown boxes? i think this is a realy kool idea i just cant get it to work

Could you help me? I've downloaded it, but it just appears as brown boxes. Are there any dependencies? If it helps i'm using the original SC4 (i.e. w/o rush hour) thanks. (Also, by the way, they look really good in the screenshots!)

you need rush hour for this

canals are just eye candy yes? like you cant play a boat & move around transit enabled with rush hour can you there are no boat missions in a canal are there? its a pity as i think this is good but it would be great if it were a real water that you could use boats on i presume the boast are stagnant & dont move either yes? & whats with the Granaries on the canals & wtf do they do & why are mine now not functioning with jobs & just saying landmarks w/o jobs???
