Update : Swamper77 allowed me to add a file he used for his Industrial Filler Lots that makes the alignment of the fences a lot easier because you can preview the fences before plopping the lots. If you already downloaded these lots from Swamper, there is no need to download this update because it's the same file that is used. See the readme for further explanations.
I created these very simple lots for my personnal use because I wanted to make more realistic suburbs. I live in a middle-wealth suburb and the backyards that come with the lots in SC4 aren't very realistic in my opinion. I decided to released the lots because people seemed interested in those.
