Nice lot but it's not the first tower crane offered on the stex the first was Foss Construction Tower Crane ver.2 by lord_quillian2 in the Prop Files

The BAT is very good. The problem is the costs for eye candy. It doesn't create jobs or other benefits. It is a crane forever so why waste valuable space unless you are just building something to look at. It is still good work. A 7 for art work.

Nice! Great for setting up construction areas in "to be developed later" areas, and areas you plan to rework in a bit. A set of tiles to go with these with piles of building material, a fencing set, etc. would be good, but they should be easy to make on our own.

i hate to be negative but for reality buffs(me) i think you should add 1 low wealth job for the crane operator!!! then i will give a dl. gr8 idea and BAt (im crap at bat myself, so i cant realy dissect yours)

Nice Idea! I think it needs two $ jobs though. I mean, one would be good, but the operator needs rest!

Operating cranes such as these is highly skilled work. The jobs would need to be like 2 $$ for operators and 1 $$$ for foreman

Jobs a construction site. If there is a local/other city construction company providing jobs that would be one thing but if (like in the real world) it is a major construction company from out of the area (off map), the jobs should be applied accordingly.
