Thanks guies ! I tried to add some more life to that plazza with the LE and i think i could show it to you soon. For now i donwloaded the Euro mod textures wich fit great in the city. Unfortunatly the game bugs a lot and i always forget to save regularly... So the city is growing slowly, but hey, it grows afterall. Today i just have three pics illustrating the euro roads and showing a new disctrict i'm working on.

Your city is still amazing. The mosaic is georgous. I could stay stunned for hours looking at your pics.Keep it up !
  4. Nagiosaki City

Very nice pics. I especially like the new appartements and the lay out around them with the trees, the houses and the curved roads. Looks very realistic.

_______________________________ H i everyone. I'm so glad to read your warm comments and to see you appreciated those few pics. Archean : Very nice words for sure ! To answer you the city would be about 300 000 or 400 000 inhabitants for the whole region with about 150 000 for the main tile. Of course it's only my estimations. It will maybe grow bigger. De Ja Vu : I'm very proud of that elevated rail as it was quite hard to manage the different levels between the train station and the rest of the city. But i really think i faced that challenge well so i'm pleased to see you like it. Thanks. And of course a big thanks to Zezug ( the first poster ! ) , Elemented9, Schulmanator, NMUSpidey, Hawkeye9, Dabadon5, Tomasneto, Art128 ( merci ), Feliwi, Jacqulina, Viles and Twenty20 . 13 comments is a way much more than i expected. _____________________________ Place de la Comédie Today just one pic showing to you the Place de la Comédie. It was built in 1882 inspirated by the works of Haussmann in Paris. In the middle of that large paved open space you can appreciate the Colonne des Muses. The location of the Theatre also built in 1882 ( actually achieved in 1883 ) explains the name of the plazza dedicated to that art.

ALANCY _________________________________________________________________ Alancy is a medium city (or big it depends of what is a big or medium city according to you ..) with about 300 000 inhabitants. About the geography, Alancy is built along a river and a lake. The landscape is mostly low and the highest place in the inner city is a small hill where the cathedral is built. Anyway some higher places are located in the eastern suburb, along the lake. Well, after those few words i'd like to show some screens of the historical center with the most important monument of it : The Cathedral Holly Cross of Alancy. The town center is irriguated by many pedestrian streets. __________________________________ [ To finish a screen of the train station. __ ________________ I hope you enjoyed those pics. I'm sorry i'd love to better introduce them to you but my english isn't good enough and i miss vocabulary in city planning. Take care

Hi Darmok. It's a true pleasure to come back on the Simtro's forums and to constat that, as usual, you're still here showing us how brilliant you are with that game. About the last update, the road snakes along the sea side perfectly. Trees, rocks, curves, your coastline is amazingly realistic and il looks very natural to me. I would never been able to realize such a beauty. Anyway, i'm glad to learn that even if you're a SC4 master you and i share the same problems with the textures along roads. Thanks for the tip, it sometimes a pen in the ass to find ideas and manage those sidewalks. Keep it up my friend !! And be sure i'll have a look on the previous pages. I hope i'll live old enough to have the time to look carrefuly everything you've done and all the details.

Hi guies! A new update, sorry no time to comment the pics. Enjoy _____________________________________ Thanks
  12. Great update. The in game pics, as the in real life pics, are jsut really beutiful. The cemetary is particularly well done IMO. And the area of the imperial senate is georgous.
  13. The storm froze my blood .. brrrr. Nice pics indeed.

Replies : s_olah : Thanks for your comment. I'm sorry i don't remember where i've downloaded those tram cars but i think it might be on the stex. hijodecordoba : Thanks a lot for these very nice comment. All the buildings you can see are not from the stex. I've some from japanese websites or websites like capital simcity and other sites i just don't remember. Glad you like the realism of the city, that's for me the most important thing in SC4. Smarty218 : Yes, i play very slowly so i can't make updates very often. Thans by the way. Algorithm79 : Thanks, keep enjoying the other updates comming soon ( i hope ^^ ) PhilsCafe : I can't believe you didn't noticed my cj earlier (lol) ... but i can esayly forgive you with ypur very nice comment. I like the fact you think the parkings lots are "so France", i mean, my home city was my inspiration for them but i din't think it was typically french. That's funny. ( But french or not i like them ). Making the plazas lively has always been one of my first preoccupation so glad you noticed it. Thank you.

Nardo69 : Thanks my friend, it's great to come back and to see the friendly members are still there. I'll make and update soon (i'll try i swear ^^ ) but i don't have internet very often and i play very slowly, building/planing a small area can takes me amount of hours. Anyway take care. Twenty20 : Thanks for the comment. Simtastico : Thanks too Benedict : Thank you very much. I also really like that parking (and you can see i use it many times so i should make another one). And i'm really proud of the GLR too, qo glad you mention it. Take care. dabadon5 : Ok, you're officially welcomed in the city's parks. Enjoy . Thanks for the coment and be carreful, don't forget the city is on the sea coast, it can be rainy sometimes. jglei701 : Thank you !
