Guys, wouldn't the whole point of using this mod be to re-arrange the way your housing grows? How would it do that if it didn't replace the in-game lots? I think this is fine the way it is.

why only 5% European?

would have been nice to give 5 haks along that control the % of the sets. like one for each style, and one (or more) mixed ones. i tend to only have the euro set in my cities.

I won't use this "mod" considering the effect is would have on an existing city, but the effect you have created is very realistic and looks VERY good! Worth using on a new city for sure! That screen shot you have included shows something far better than what the core game offers!

I didn't like the games existing lots, so thats why I didnt use the "Save As" feature. And as far as the %'s, I was trying to get the game to look more Eastern American so I dumped all of the houses that didnt fit in. Thanks for the compliments.

if you update it , so it does not remove the originals i wil ldownload it

The description is pretty clear about why he created this mod-note he says for his own use...why be so negative? If you have no use or desire for this mod, just ignore it instead. Nice looking screen shot, I may try this on my next city.

Brilliant mod, just what I've been wanting for that surburbia feel. Fantastic looking and wonderfully made.

This is a major change to the game and should have been thoroughly tested before upload onto the STEX.
